@ Chulia Street Penang |
My country Malaysia may not have autumn winter summer and spring but we know that we have our owed four season, thats HOT, WET FLOOD and HAZEEE..... lolllll ..Yes for sure ..!! The haze goes from bad to worse in Penang, makes me feeling that Im going to get sick.... tsk tsk tsk...The haze is actually caused by winds bringing in smoke from the forest fires in Sumatra... So, makes sure you all wear the MASK all the time whenever you go. I would advise against exercising outdoors, for those with rescue inhalers, should keep your inhalers handy at all times ya..!! Now, I just hope it rain today cuz only rain can help to clear the haze...
If you followed my blog you probably know that I just got my tooth extraction yesterday and the dentist really surprised me, " Pain till maxxxx..!!! ".. I have to get another 2 teeth pulled out next week..*OMG* Last time, I dont know how to do with my extraction socket wound after tooth extraction. Because of Dr Rajinderpal, now at least I know how to care it and I just realizes that taking care of extraction socket wound is very important for quik healing. So today I wan to share with you how to take care the extraction socket
1. Avoid lying down immeditely after the extraction to reduce bleeding. If you still want to lie down, you can use extra pillows to keep your head at an elevated position
2. Chew on the opposite side of the mouth and eat soft, liquid and warm/cold for 24 hrs. Hard, hot, sticky and alcohol should be avoid. Yesterday I just drink Ensure as my meal cuz I want to keep food away of the open socket....
3. Avoid to press your tongue on the area of the wound.
4. Do not put your fingers in the mouth just to check the wound.
5. Wash well your hands before changing the gauze.
6. Do not suck through a straw or spit. Spitting or sucking through a straw can cause bleeding and may dislodge the blood clot causing a dry socket problem.
7. Minimize physical activity for the first three to five days. *You know What I mean right..*
8. Good oral hygiene is important for the healing process. Avoid brushing the teeth immediately after extraction. Resume normal brushing and flossing from the next day, but be careful and gentle until the extraction wound is fully healed.
9. I think we are always do that, RINSING.... Rinsing can disturb the formation of a blood clot which is essential for proper tooth extraction wound healing. so need to avoid for 24 hrs...!!
I think I can loose weight fast in this coming 2 week because when Im in pain and totally cant eat anything so I'm sure I will loose a cuple of pounds... *happy*..
