hi gals.... as you may have known, I always work on holiday or weekend and replaced my day off on another day.. ugh... that means is on weekday.. I cant date with my boy because he is work on my day off.. worse....so I just decide to stop complaining and start learning to spend my day off alone at home..

okay, My routine has been going on by attending work from 10 to 10.. super stressssss out and tired..
so I want to make my holiday go more slowly and slowly... no rush... I called it SLOW DAY...hahaa...

In between, I need to relax too, so here is how I spend my day off at home...

Go for a gym to start my day off. I start to feel there is my second home..lol...  I felt so relax after sweating 2 to 3 hours...

Taking a nice cold bubble bath after workout. Cold bath can sooth sore muscle...

I love my legs to be hair free.. Palmer's is an advanced effectively hair remover cream that I found on last few years at Watson.. so in love with it and easy to use..no pain at all... Its rich in moisturizing cocoa butter and vitamin E...you just need to wet at area where hairs that need to removed, covering completely..remember..!! Do not rub, leave on for 10 min and remove it with small towel..

Next, is time for srubbing.. I recently got to try out the Shills Bubble body scrub...remove dead skin cell effectively.. I use on Knee and elbow... it really works... *wink*

super duper fine bubble texture

after clean and scrub, I will put on body mask and leave on about 15 min.. rinse off after 15 min and apply Rosken Vitamin E cream for prevent aging.. heheee

Clips nail to short-length cuz Im playing guitar.. paint up my nail with fav color..
