Well apparently, I gonna blog about new tea room in town! Was thinking to visit Victoria Rossa @ Irrawaddy street with my girlfriend for so long!Okay I know I was the only outdated one cuz all of you went to try it already right..?
Well, my long lost girl friend, Lynn, back to Penang for work and finally we meet again! *wink* So, we are here! The one thing I really dont like at Irrawaddy street is the parking spaces is hell..!! Found the parking lot after so many round turning here and there... Ambiance of Victoria Rossa is quit similar with Winter Warmer, we was like "............" . Victoria Rossa is a new tea room in town, so quite full on the day. We consider quite lucky cuz we waited about 5 min only and waitress arrange the only one outdoor seat for us...*wink* We had their Afternoon Tea set for 2 pax come with fruit tea, scone, muffin, biscuit, sandwich and additional a slice of butter cake...
