Oh My GOD!!!!

Hi bloggie,now 12:46am I can't sleep..two things make me insomnia ..I Jz come back from cinema,watch paranormal activity 3 with my hubby ,very horror ...shit !!! Until my Heart beat"out of control" ,never and never having this feeling...do u know how my hubby clear up this scaring feeling??please !!
